There will be a Game 5 between the Raptors and 76ers.
With their backs against the wall, the Raptors avoided the sweep by earning a 110-102 win over the 76ers in Game 4. Pascal Siakam set a new postseason career-high with 34 points, while Gary Trent Jr. added 24 points in the game.
The 76ers were led by 22 points from James Harden, who shot 5 of 17 from the field. Joel Embiid, who is said to bee dealing with a thumb injury, scored 21 points on 7-of-16 shooting.

Toronto welcomed Rookie of the Year Scottie Barnes back into the lineup, though he still appeared to be hobbled by his left ankle. Fred VanVleet, however, exited with a strained left hip and did not return.

It looks like there will be a Game 5 as Toronto has performed under pressure to stave off elimination.
4:20 p.m. —Frustrations are mounting for the Sixers and Joel Embiid commits a hard foul on Pascal Siakam.
The play is under review with a timeout on the floor.
Embiid receives a technical for the act and a Gary Trent Jr. free throw puts the Raptors up 102-89 with 3:06 remaining.
4:17 p.m. —The Raptors are starting to pull away.
A triple from OG Anunoby gives Toronto a 12 point lead and a pair of free throws from Pascal Siakam give the Raptors a 101-87 advantage with 3:28 remaining.
Siakam is up to 34 points on the day.
4:06 p.m. —There is no quit in this Raptors team.
Toronto continues to claw and fight and leads by eight points with 6:30 remaining in regulation. Pascal Siakam is up to a game-high 30 points on 10-of-16 shooting from the field.
For Philadelphia, James Harden leads the way with 22 points, 10 of which have come at the line. Harden is 5 of 15 from the field.
3:56 p.m. —A 6-0 run from the Raptors extends the lead back out to seven points.

Pascal Siakam is up to 25 points on 9-of-14 shooting to lead the Raptors while Scottie Barnes has six points and 11 rebounds off the bench.

3:45 p.m. —Three quarters are in the books and Toronto has one quarter to save its season.
With a three-point lead going into the fourth quarter, the Raptors will look to hold on in order to send the series back to Philadelphia.

3:00 p.m. —One half is in the books and the Raptors hold on to a five-point lead.
Gary Trent Jr. is up to a game-high 17 points on 5-of-11 shooting and Pascal Siakam has added 16 pointis on 6-of-11 shooting. Thaddeus Young has provided big minutes off the bench, with eight points, three rebounds, three assists and two steals.
James Harden leads the Sixers with 12 points while Joel Embiid has eight points but is 3 of 10 from the field, indicating that his thumb injury could be slowing him down.
2:52 p.m. —A 3-pointer from Gary Trent Jr. makes it a 20-6 run for the Raptors, who now lead by 12 points.
Trent is up to 17 points in the game.
It's not all good for Toronto, however, as Fred VanVleet exited with a left hip injury.
2:43 p.m. —The Raptors go on an 8-0 run to take a 38-32 lead with 7:30 left in the half.
Things are going well for Toronto, which is led by 14 points from Pascal Siakam and 11 points from Gary Trent Jr. Scottie Barnes has yet to score but has pulled down five boards in just under 11 minutes.
